SHIPPING
All of our orders are being shipped worldwide, using the services of DHL.

Our delivery time depends on your location but it takes no more than 6 business days to arrive.

Our standard shipping cost is €7.90 on all orders below €100. FREE SHIPPING on all orders above €100.
RETURNS
You can return any of your purchased pieces from Pironetic in 14 day period.

The return fee is on your expence, even when your purchase arrived with free shipping.
REFUNDS
We will refund the cost of your purchase after we receive it back, and only if the package contains the original label and there are no signs of usage.

The shipping costs are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments with the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

All of our payments are secured and being processed with Stripe.

Worldwide deliveries are carried out with our partners DHL Group at the following choices for service:

- DHL Express Worldwide - worldwide air service from 1 to 3 business days depending on distance.
- DHL Economy Select - a land service to Europe for 3 to 6 business days, depending on distance.

The prices for all orders are as it follows:

- shipping on all orders below 200 Euro - €14.90

- shipping on all orders above 200 Euro - FREE
